I am a good person and I deserve good things to happen to me. I choose soft, I will pursue the fulfillment I deserve and will have lots of fun.
2021 was an amazing year for me. I experienced various dimensions of love. I loved and was loved exceptionally. I learnt to ‘turn up’ and be there for those who matter the most. In a world of constant chaos, I learnt the need to make family the centre and top priority of my life. All good I am and can be, I owe it to these amazing men and women who constantly propel me to be a better version of myself.

I also learnt to chop life. In 2021, I can say that I explored and not only existed, but lived. The constant reminder that this very minute could be my last has made me try to constantly enjoy it. As I love to say, you have to enjoy this life otherwise you would die for nothing.
Professionally I excelled. From gaining more technical knowledge to fine tuning some very much needed soft skills. I was able to expand my network and learn at the feet of giants. Women and men of mind blowing professional achievements. In a letter to Robert Hooke in 1675, Isaac Newton made his most famous statement: “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants”.

I am grateful for having a decent apartment to stay in. I am grateful that my water heater and AC worked all through the year. I had a nice kitchen to cook in, I was able to go grocery shopping and bought what I desired/needed. I am blessed.
I pray that next year be kind to us all. May we all be conscious of how amazing we are. May we love ourselves and be kinder to ourselves. I pray for the very best for you.
May your heart be filled with so much joy and peace. Despite the trials, may we remain hopeful, confident and diligent. I pray that things fall in the right places and may our big wins and small wins be actualised. I pray for love, I pray for light, I pray for friendship, I pray for joy.
